Biography
Bill is a prospector who resides in Glitter Gulch Mine with his assistant, Dilberta. He speaks with a heavy country accent.

Banjo-Tooie
In Banjo-Tooie, he is found in his home in Glitter Gulch Mine. His assistant Dilberta is missing when you first meet him, and you must rescue her from Mayahem Temple. He seves no purpose other than to give Banjo and Kazooie a Jiggy when they get Dilberta home safely (at which point he dances happily with her).
