Burt

Burt is a minor character in the Conker series.

Biography

Burt is a sentient iron block who, for no apparent reason, owns a farm of live cheese wedges with googly eyes. He appears to be somewhat dimwitted. He is a friend of fellow iron block Jack.

Conker's Bad Fur Day

In Conker's Bad Fur Day, Burt is first mentioned by Jack in the Barn Boys chapter, who tells Conker to see him to take care of Marvin, a rat which is causing Jack trouble. Conker soon meets Burt, who opens a gate next to him, allowing Conker to carry the wedges of cheese to the rat, against their will.

Humorously, Conker remarks on Burt's apparent pointlessness as a character by commenting, "That's all you do? Great." when Burt opens the gate.
