Biography
Chilli Billi is a fire dragon who lives on the Lava Side of Hailfire Peaks. He has a fond of large spicy pizzas with meat toppings. His brother is Chilly Willy, an ice dragon who lives on the Icy Side of Hailfire Peaks.
In the Games
Banjo-Tooie
In Banjo-Tooie, Chilli Billi is found on the Lava Side of Hailfire Peaks, at the very top of the mountain. When Banjo and Kazooie first enter the Lava Side, Chilli Billi yells at them for trespassing and begins spitting fireballs at them from above, meaning they can't stay in one place for too long. The fireballs can be used to their advantage in one instance, however. Standing near a building with a large crack on top of it and waiting will cause a fireball to hit the crack on the top of the building, destroying it and allowing access to a Flight Pad.
Later, once Banjo and Kazooie reach the top of the volcano, Chilli Billi accuses them of withholding the 12-foot spicy meat pizza he ordered. They deny it, and so he decides instead to feast on them, beginning his boss fight.
When he is defeated, he fly away to get some Big Al burgers instead. If Chilli Billi is the second brother defeated, Banjo and Kazooie earn a Jiggy. If not, then Chilly Willy needs to be defeated, which will award them the Jiggy.
Boss fight
Chilli Billi's boss fight is played in a similar manner as Chilly Willy's. Banjo must dodge his fire balls at first and get behind a turret, where Kazooie can then spit Ice Eggs at him. Then, the dragon will bend low and attack the duo with his tongue. Dodging this attack and getting to the next turret is the best way to approach victory.
