Biography
Chilly Willy is an ice dragon who lives on the Icy Side of Hailfire Peaks. He has a fond of large pizzas topped with anchovies. His brother is Chilli Billi, a fire dragon who lives on the Lava Side of Hailfire Peaks.
In the Games
Banjo-Tooie
In Banjo-Tooie, Chilly Willy is found on the Icy Side of Hailfire Peaks, at the very top of the mountain. When Banjo and Kazooie first enter the Icy Side, Chilly Willy yells at them for trespassing and begins spitting ice balls at them from above, meaning they can't stay in one place for too long. The ice balls can be used to their advantage in one instance, however. Standing in front of Biggafoot, who is stubbornly guarding a pair of Claw Clamber Boots, will cause an ice ball to hit him on the toe, making him run away and allowing access to the Claw Clambers.
Later, once Banjo and Kazooie reach the top of the ice mountain, Chilly Willy accuses them of withholding the 12-foot anchovy deluxe pizza he ordered. They deny it, and so he decides instead to feast on them, beginning his boss fight.
When he is defeated, he fly away to a McJiggy's restaurant. If Chilly Willy is the second brother defeated, Banjo and Kazooie earn a Jiggy. If not, then Chilli Billi needs to be defeated, which will award them the Jiggy.
Boss fight
Chilly Willy's boss fight is played in a similar manner as Chilli Billi's. Banjo must dodge his ice balls at first and get behind a turret, where Kazooie can then spit Fire Eggs at him. Then, the dragon will bend low and attack the duo with his tongue. Dodging this attack and getting to the next turret is the best way to approach victory.
