Clanker's Cavern is the third world in Banjo-Kazooie. It is a somewhat compact level located in a sewer, and its main feature is the titular Clanker, a mechanical whale who acts as Gruntilda's garbage grinder. Much of the level is located within Clanker himself.

Jiggies
The Jiggies available in Clanker's Cavern are:
- Obtained by raising Clanker to the surface.
- Obtained by shooting Clanker's gold teeth to cure his toothache.
- Obtained by jumping through all the hoops in Clanker's belly.
- Behind a grate high up in the wall, reached by climbing Clanker's tail.
- At the end of a long underwater tunnel.
- Obtained by killing all the Mutie Snippets.
- In an alcove high up in the wall, reached by riding Clanker's blowhole bolt.
- At the end of a corridor filled with spiked spinning blades.
- At the end of another corridor filled with spiked spinning blades.
- Obtained by collecting the five Jinjos in the level.
Jinjos
The Jinjos to be saved in Clanker's Cavern are:
- Blue: In a pipe on the bottom of the main chamber.
- Green: At the very bottom of the main chamber, next to Clanker's anchor.
- Yellow: Behind a beehive in the small entrance chamber.
- Pink: At the bottom of a deep pool just inside Clanker, by his left gills.
- Orange: Concealed within a metal shaft accessible by Beak Buster.
