Croctopus is a baddy in the Donkey Kong series.

Description

Croctopi are large, blue octopi found in the waters of Donkey Kong Island.

Donkey Kong Country

In Donkey Kong Country, Croctopi appear in the game's underwater levels. They attack by spinning their tentacles around in a circle in order to harm Donkey and Diddy Kong. Most of the Croctopi simply move around in a set pattern repeatedly, although the ones in Croctopus Chase will actually chase after the Kongs for a while. The Croctopi cannot be defeated, even with Enguarde's swordlike bill.
