Diddy Kong Pilot is a canceled game for the Game Boy Advance to be the sequel to Diddy Kong Racing. After Rare was sold to Microsoft in 2002, the game was revamped to include Banjo-Kazooie characters and eventually became Banjo-Pilot.

On September 15, 2011 and October 3, 2011 respectively, YouTube user "transparentjinjo" posted gameplay videos of two different prototype builds of Diddy Kong Pilot from 2001 and 2003. The 2001 version appears to be a very early pre-alpha build and has many differences from the final version; the 2003 version, however, appears to be a very late beta, and is very similar to the final build of Banjo-Pilot.
