Flap Flip

The Flap Flip is a move in the Banjo-Kazooie series. When utilizing this move, Banjo, from a crouching position, does a backflip into the air as Kazooie holds out her wings, allowing the duo to jump higher than normal.
In Banjo-Kazooie, this basic move is first learned from Bottles in Spiral Mountain.
In Banjo-Tooie, this move returns, and a slightly-less efficient version can be used by Banjo alone, wherein he simply jumps into the air and waves his arms. A similar move is also learned by Kazooie alone in Grunty Industries and is called the Leg Spring.
In Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge, this move can only be performed after rescuing Kazooie from Gruntilda in Breegull Beach. It is automatically learned when the duo is reunited, as Kazooie reminds Banjo of it.
Use
- Banjo-Kazooie:
button to crouch, followed by 
to Flip-Flap Jump.
Banjo-Kazooie (XBLA):
