Gammo is a minor character in the Banjo-Kazooie series.

Biography

Gammo is an alien from another planet who wears a space suit and carries a wrench and toolbox. His name is based on "gamma", the third letter of the Greek alphabet.

In the Games

Banjo-Tooie

In Banjo-Tooie Gammo appears alongside fellow aliens Alph and Beti in Jolly Roger's Lagoon. Their ice-powered spaceship ran out of fuel and crashed inside the lagoon, and they request Banjo and Kazooie's help. Refuelling their ship is a simple matter of shooting Ice Eggs into the four fuelling stations around the ship. Once the first is fuelled, a 20-second timer begins and the others must be refuelled before it reaches zero. Once this is done, the aliens celebrate and leave behind a Jiggy after Banjo and Kazooie leave the ship so that it can lift off.
