Description

The Green Secret Egg is one of the seven Stop 'n' Swop items. It is a large, spinning green egg with large white question marks imprinted on it.

In the Games

Banjo-Kazooie

The Green Secret Egg is one of the Stop 'n' Swop Eggs that is not shown to the player normally. It is absent from the ending scene where Mumbo shows off the Ice Key, Pink Secret Egg and Blue Secret Egg. The only way it can be seen is by typing in its code, "AMIDST THE HAUNTED GLOOM A SECRET IN THE BATHROOM," into the Sandcastle in Treasure Trove Cove. After typing in this code, the Egg appears on the table on top of Loggo in the bathroom of Mad Monster Mansion. In Banjo-Kazooie XBLA, entering the code will cause the file currently in use to stop saving, disable Achievements and remove the player from the Leaderboards until the game is reset. Instead, the Green Secret Egg will be available once the game detects a save file for Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts.

Banjo-Tooie

In the original version of Banjo-Tooie, the Green Secret Egg was not available. However, the Green Secret Egg is featured in the Xbox Live Arcade port of the game and, like the other Eggs, is hatched by Heggy. The prize that the Green Secret Egg rewards depends on the order the Eggs are hatched, as in this version, prizes are not tied to a specific Egg. Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts

In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, a Green Secret Egg marker can be found in Showdown Town. When the Green Secret Egg is collected in Banjo-Kazooie XBLA, a Stop 'n' Swop Crate appears on it, containing the Beacon vehicle part.
