Biography
Helpo is an anthropomorphic light bulb and a friend of Mr. Pants. Helpo is very good at solving puzzles and, as his name implies, is always ready to help those who are stuck.
In It's Mr. Pants
In It's Mr. Pants, Helpo appears in the Puzzle mode. After the player has attempted and failed a puzzle three times, Helpo will appear and offer to show where one of the pieces goes. As he first appears, his light will be off and he will be sleeping but the player can accept his offer by pressing the Select button, which will light him up. While he is lit up, if the player puts a piece in the wrong spot, Helpo will show where the piece actually goes. After doing this once, he disappears for the remainder of the current attempt.
