Biography
Lord Woo Fak Fak is an anglerfish that lives in Davy Jones' Locker. He seems to think very highly of himself, and thinks he is ruler of the sea (or ruler of something at least). The anglerfish looks like any, he has a glowing dangly light in front of him and has green scaly skin. He is near-sighted, but if he opens his eyes his vision increases. Lord Woo also suffers from some skin problems, and has many glowing boils. He is the only character in the game to actually bleed red blood when attacked. He is also the only boss that can be defeated as a transformation (submarine).

Banjo-Tooie
Lord Woo Fak Fak's only purpose in the game is to be a boss character and deposit a Jiggy. When Banjo enters Davy Jones' Locker, he mistakes Lord Woo Fak Fak's dangly glowing light as a Jiggy. Getting close provokes the anglerfish from his sleep, and though he can't see the duo, he starts to attack. Once defeated, Lord Woo goes belly up (though still alive) and hands over the Jiggy. Shooting him more makes him threaten you more.

First Phase
Lord Woo has no attacks in his first phase. All he does is swim around. If you touch his mouth, you get some damage. To defeat his first phase, you must shoot his boils. using your Greenade Egg (or torpedo). You may only hit the one that is glowing. Once you hit that one, another boil should start glowing. Hit all six boils and he will go into the second phase.
Second Phase
The second phase is different. Lord Woo opens his eyes up, and he can now see you. He will always turn around to face you. He now has an attack, which is to shoot light balls out of his dangly light. This will stun Banjo and hurt him. To finish this pahse, you must shoot his eyes. This is hard because they are small targets and you are being constantly pelted by the lights. After you finish this phase, Lord Woo will be defeated.
