Biography

Maggie, a toad, is the "partner" of Jolly Roger. She is implied to be a transgender character. She is named after Steve Malpass, a member of Banjo-Tooie's development team.

In Banjo-Tooie, appearing in Jolly Roger's Lagoon she was swallowed by Glumbo while riding on a waveracer borrowed from Captain Blubber, and first encountered Banjo and Kazooie in the fish's bowels. After she is rescued and returns to Jolly's pub, a grateful Jolly rewards the adventurers with a Jiggy.
