Biography
Mr. Fit is an aardvark who, as his name implies, is obsessed with physical fitness. He wears a purple jogging suit and can commonly be seen holding a stopwatch.
In the Games
Banjo-Tooie
In Banjo-Tooie, he appears in Cloud Cuckooland, challenging Banjo and Kazooie to three challenges: a high jump, a sack race, and a footrace. Once they beat him in all three, he awards them a Jiggy.
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts
In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, Mr. Fit serves as an "actor" in the Nutty Acres, Banjoland and Jiggosseum game worlds and in the Test-O-Track during the L.O.G.'s Lost Challenges Downloadable Content. He is also constantly jogging around Showdown Town, and if talked to will offer the combination to one of the Trapdoor Towers in exchange for some Notes (with which he plans to buy new shoes). The gym owned by Boggy in Showdown Town previously belonged to Mr. Fit.
In Nutty Acres, Mr. Fit plays the role of a farmhand. He first appears in Act 4, in which he hosts the challenge "Fighting Fit". In this challenge, Mr. Fit is incredibly paranoid because whenever he tries to go for a jog, he gets attacked by Gruntbots. He asks Banjo and Kazooie to help protect him so that he can finish his morning jog uninterrupted. He next appears in Act 5, hosting the challenge "Farmhand of the Year". In this challenge, Mr. Fit defies Banjo and Kazooie to beat his score in Mumbo's Farmhand of the Year competition by collecting enough coconuts of varying sizes from the top of the crate pile and bringing them to the Vac-O-Nuts in the central area. Finally, he appears in Act 6, hosting the challenge "Makin' Waves". In this challenge, Mr. Fit invites Banjo and Kazooie to compete in a boat race around the island between the farm's entire staff: himself, Mumbo Jumbo, Klungo, Bottles, Humba Wumba, and Trophy Thomas. He also appears in a minor role. During Klungo's "Riverbed Head to Head" he appears alongside the rest of the farm staff in the land-based race through the dried-up riverbed. He appears once more in Bottles' "Air Coconut" challenge alongside the same group as a competitor in the plane race.
In Banjoland, Mr. Fit plays the role of the museum's greeter. He first appears in Act 2, in which he hosts the challenge "The Referee's an Aardvark!" In this challenge, Mr. Fit challenges Banjo and Kazooie to beat his kickball score by getting soccer balls into the goal. He next appears in Act 3, hosting the challenge "Get Protected". In this challenge, Mr. Fit asks Banjo and Kazooie to activate the security cameras around the museum, since Klungo forget to and it's almost closing time. He appears again in Act 5, hosting the challenge "Checkpoint Charlies". In this challenge, Mr. Fit sets up a course for Banjo and Kazooie to drive through using a vehicle shaped like Gobi. They must pass through the checkpoints marking the path while going at least a minimum speed. He also appears in a minor role. During Klungo's "Land, Sea, Not Air" challenge, Mr. Fit appears alongside Klungo and Captain Blubber as a competitor in the land- and water-based race. Finally, he appears in Act 6, hosting the challenge "Baa for the Course". In this challenge, Mr. Fit asks Banjo and Kazooie to get the last Inflatable Sheep that escaped from the "Cut-for-Deadlines" room and bring it over to the Loggo statue's bowl by hitting it. He also challenges them to get it there in the fewest "shots" possible, in a manner similar to golf.
In Jiggosseum, Mr. Fit plays the role of a record challenger. He first appears in Act 1, in which he hosts the challenge "Unhappy Landings". In this challenge, Mr. Fit has Banjo and Kazooie compete in a vehicular long jump competition by driving down a slope and then seeing how far they can get on velocity alone at the end. He next appears in Act 2, in a minor role. During Trophy Thomas's "Burnin' Rubber", he appears as a competitor in the race, alongside T.T. and Captain Blubber. Finally, he appears in Act 3, hosting the challenge "Brown Bears Can't Jump". In this challenge, Mr. Fit has Banjo and Kazooie play a game of basketball with a floating hoop that rises higher each time they score. He also appears in a minor role. During T.T.'s "A Load of Blocks" challenge, he once more appears as one of the racers alongside T.T. and Captain Blubber.
In the L.O.G.'s Lost Challenges DLC, Mr. Fit plays the role of a hacker. He hosts the challenge "Hoop Scoop!" In this challenge, Mr. Fit challenges Banjo and Kazooie to carry a basketball around the Test-O-Track while flying through hoops of varying point values to see how many points they can earn.
