Mr. Pants
From RWP Wiki
Mr. Pants is a character created by Leigh Loveday of Rare. He is a rotund stick figure with a mustache wearing a bowler hat and bright red underpants. He was first drawn by Loveday as a mascot for the Survey section of Rarewhere "in about 30 seconds" when he found out that none of the artists on staff had time to make a new render of a Rare character for that section of the site.[1] He soon became popular, becoming the subject of many "Rubbish Picture Attachments" sent into the Scribes column, and emails of people even clamoring for a "Mr. Pants 64" game. He soon inspired the creation of two fan games. He eventually became a general mascot for the website. Mr. Pants has a few similar characters that appear with him, such as his girlfriend Mrs. Pie and his son Toby. Mr. Pants currently serves as the mascot and namesake of the Pantsboard section of Rare's website.
Mr. Pants has also cameoed in a many Rare games, and in 2005, he finally starred in his own game, the Game Boy Advance puzzle game It's Mr. Pants (a reworking of Donkey Kong: Coconut Crackers) along with a cast of similar poorly-drawn characters.
