Description
Neckies are large vultures.
In the Games
Donkey Kong Country
In Donkey Kong Country, Neckies appear relatively frequently. There are three main types: Neckies that stand in one spot and toss coconuts in an arc at Donkey and Diddy Kong, Neckies that fly at them, and Mini-Neckies.
Two of the game's bosses are also larger than normal Neckies: Master Necky in the Monkey Mines and Master Necky Snr. in the Chimp Caverns.
Donkey Kong Land
In Donkey Kong Land, Neckies reappear, identical to their previous appearance.
Other
While regular Neckies do not appear in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest or Donkey Kong Land 2, the Mini-Necky sub-class does.
