The Oogle Boogles are minor characters in the Banjo-Kazooie series.

Biography

The Oogle Boogles are a tribe of cavemen that live in Terrydactyland. Unlike their rivals, the Unga Bungas, their mouths are not visible beneath their thick hair, but their eyes can clearly be seen. The Oogle Boogles are the most peaceful tribe in Terrydactyland - although they want Terrydactyland to be a democracy, the Bungas want to rule it unchallenged.

In the Games

Banjo-Tooie

In Banjo-Tooie, three Oogle Boogles appear. They are all all trapped in their cave by an Unga Bunga, nearly frozen and starving to death. They ask Banjo and Kazooie to save them from extinction by re-lighting their extinguished fires and fetching some burgers and fries from Witchyworld to feed them with in order to earn a Jiggy. In addition, the player can frighten the Unga Bunga guard from the entrance of their cave while in T-Rex form. Inexplicably, their cave contains an unmonitored passage to Witchyworld's Area 51, which allows food to be brought out of the park and into the cave.
