Pipsy's a Mouse and is one of the residents of Timber's Island.
In the Games
Diddy Kong Racing
In Diddy Kong Racing Pipsy is a lightweight with fantastic acceleration and handling, but has a mediocre top speed. In the game, he is part of the team that tries to stop Wizpig from hostel takeover of the Island. At the end she is seen riding on Tricky 's daughter.
Diddy Kong Racing DS
In Diddy Kong Racing DS, Pipsy's stats and story (the little of it that is known) has remained unchanged. Her voice, though, has changed slightly.
Other
Papsy could have been a planned character for Donkey Kong Racing and Diddy Kong Pilot, but nothing has been confirmed.
