Rockkroc is a baddy in the Donkey Kong series.

Description

Rockkrocs are tall, brown Kremlings with glowing red eyes. Rockkrocs live only in dark caves. Their tough skin makes them virtually invincible.

In the Games

Donkey Kong Country

In Donkey Kong Country, Rockkrocs appear in the Stop & Go Station level in the Monkey Mines. They run back and forth at high speed and are impossible to defeat. However, if the player uses Donkey or Diddy Kong to turn the "GO" Barrels to "STOP", the lights will turn on and the Rockkrocs will lay curled up on the ground, resembling a pile of rocks. This only lasts temporarily, however, as the barrels quickly turn back to "GO", requiring fast timing on the player's part.
