Sharkfood Island

Sharkfood Island is a location in Banjo-Kazooie, situated some way out to sea in Treasure Trove Cove. It is so called because swimming to or from the island would entail being chased, and possibly bitten, by Snacker the shark.

During the game itself, Sharkfood Island is just a small rock in the water with a signpost, and appears to serve no apparent purpose. However, at the end of Banjo-Kazooie, Mumbo Jumbo shows the island having risen up from the sea, now with a prominent entry point. Sharkfood Island can be accessed by entering the relevant code (see Stop 'n' Swop for more details).

The interior of Sharkfood Island features a huge central pillar with conveniently-placed alcoves that can be climbed by jumping from one alcove to the next. At the top of the column is the Pink Secret Egg.
