Biography
Smokey is Dragon whom is in charge of Dragon Forest on Timber's Island.
In the Games
Diddy Kong Racing
In Diddy Kong Racing Smokey is the forth boss. In his first race he has fireballs places few and sparce throughout, but after the Silver Coin Challenges are complete, he lays out more fireballs and the course itself has more obstacles. He was brainwashed by Wizpig and after his defeat, he's seen at the celebration giving Diddy a ride.
Diddy Kong Racing DS
In Diddy Kong Racing DS, Smokey has remained unchanged, but his race has become easier (no fire balls the first race and few fireballs the second). He also impliments the Balloon Challenges instead of the Silver Coin Challenge.
For his touch challenge the player must control the plane's steering collum with the stylus.
