The Taxi Pack is a move in the Banjo-Kazooie series. When utilizing this move, Banjo pulls off his backpack uses it to scoop up objects or characters, carrying them around in his pack.

In Banjo-Tooie, this move is first learned from Sergeant Jamjars in Terrydactyland for a price of 405 Musical Notes and can only be used while Banjo is Split Up from Kazooie.

Use

Interestingly, when Jamjars teaches this move, he does not mention the controls unless he is spoken to again.

  • Banjo-Tooie: Hold N64 Z.png and then press N64 LeftC.png to bring out backpack. N64 B.png to scoop up objects/characters. Hold N64 Z.png and then press N64 LeftC.png again to release objects/characters.
    Banjo-Tooie (XBLA): Hold Trigger left.png or Trigger right.png and then press Stick right.png to the left to bring out backpack. Button x.png to scoop up objects/characters. Hold Trigger left.png or Trigger right.png and then press Stick right.png to the left again to release objects/characters.
