Terry is a boss character in the Banjo-Kazooie series.

Biography
Terry is a large pterodactyl and the namesake of Terrydactyland. He is also the father of four unhatched children. He lives in a giant nest at the highest point of Terrydactyland. The zombified King Jingaling mentions that Terry's wife left him recently, and that Terry is extremely protective of his kids, as they are all he has left.
In the Games
Banjo-Tooie
In Banjo-Tooie, Terry appears in his nest in Terrydactyland. When Banjo and Kazooie get to the top of the mountain, Terry immediately accuses them of stealing his eggs, which have gone missing. When they enter Terry's nest, he challenges them to a fight. After defeating him, though, the bear and bird befriend Terry, who gives them a Jiggy, and promise find his eggs. Afterwards, the eggs can be hatched by Kazooie. The first three will fly home on their own; however, the last one is too far and must be carried to the nest by Banjo with the Taxi Pack. After all of his children are returned, Terry hands over another Jiggy.
Boss Fight
At the start, He flies up and spits purple mucus at the player. Eventually, he will start flying to a different area, at which point the player can pelt him with Grenade Eggs. After Terry's health gets down below a certain level, he will spit Mucoid enemies and will go to rest. After the player defeats all the Mucoids, Terry will return, exclaiming that Banjo has "Stolen the Mucoids too!" and the battle will continue as before until all of Terry's health is drained.
