Mandy (also known as Pixelqueen) is an administrator on the Rare Witch Project and a slight veteran of the site.
In addition to being an administrator of both the forums and the RWP Wiki, she has also served as the site's graphic designer since 2004, creating most of the custom smilies and award icons on the forums.
