- About the popup thing: is it something you've seen done on another wiki? And if so, is it a plug-in, and does it require a newer version of MediaWiki? In either/both of the latter two cases, it would be up to Mandy to add it in the first place and she hasn't been around in forever. (I don't have the ability to add things like that, else I would have already updated us with a newer version of MediaWiki). Beyond that, I also need to know if it's something that would be optional, as I could see it being useful but on the offchance other people actually start editing :p they may not want it.--Bottles98 01:52, 7 September 2009 (BST)

Contributor status
You need to have made contributions to the Wiki (obviously), and then you need to make a join request on the forums (which I believe can be done here), and be accepted by a group leader (i.e., me or Icy Guy. More than likely me. :p)--Bottles98 08:18, 11 August 2009 (BST)
Redirects
- It depends, really. Anything within reason; i.e. redirecting "Banjo Kazooie" to "Banjo-Kazooie" makes sense, but I wouldn't say make a redirect like "BoTtLeS" to "Bottles" because I can't see anyone typing it in such a manner. :p Just anything that people might reasonably type in expecting to get a certain page methinks.--Bottles98 00:30, 18 August 2009 (BST)
Re: Upgrading
I actually did want to try upgrading to the most recent version as soon as Ice gave me FTP access, I even had made an entire backup of the Wiki (as you are advised to do before upgrading), however, I found out I don't have the ability to do a full upgrade (pretty certain it has to be done by someone with DIRECT access to the server -- like Ice or Mandy). Reason I haven't asked Ice to upgrade yet because I've been bothering him enough lately. :p I do want to try to get him to do it, however. Sonic & SEGA ASR
That is quite a good question...it's quite a different situation from Nintendo's DK games in that it would be a character explicitly owned by Rare appearing in a non-Rare game. I am going to say that yes, we will have one. I doubt that we would have separate pages for the Sega characters/locations appearing in the game unless it is deemed necessary, and in that case it will only deal with their appearance in SaSASRw/B-K. I actually started writing up an article on the game (have it saved as a text file atm).--Bottles98 16:15, 16 December 2009 (UTC)
