Windmill Plains is the thirteenth course that appears in Diddy Kong Racing, and its remake Diddy Kong Racing DS.
Balloon Costs
To be able to race in Windmill Plains, the player must have at least sixteen balloons. To do the track's Silver Coin Challenge, the player must have acquired twenty-three balloons or more.
Available Vehicles
For the initial race and the Silver Coin Challenge, the player must use a Plane.
For single race, the player can also choose from a Hovercraft or Car.
