Yumblies are characters in the Banjo-Kazooie series.
Description
Yumblies are red creatures resembling tomatoes with googly eyes.
In the Games
Banjo-Kazooie
In Banjo-Kazooie, Yumblies appear in Bubblegloop Swamp. During Mr. Vile's mini-game, they pop up out of holes in the ground, and the player must compete with Mr. Vile the crocodile to devour them. In the first game, the player must eat more Yumblies than Mr. Vile. In the second, the player must eat more Yumblies while avoiding their yellow counterparts, the Grumblies. In the final game, the player must alternate between eating Yumblies and Grumblies, according to what is displayed at the top of the screen, while avoiding the other creature. Eating the wrong creature will cause the player to stop and gag for a moment.
