8 could have been spiral mountain somewhere hidden and 9 could have been gruntys lair somewhere hidden. theyre the only other 2 hub areas available.

Perhaps they were taken out of the game? It's possible Rare left remnents of the silos in the game.

I just thought. Silos 8 + 9 might just be remenants of something as banjoman said because they dont realy have specific names . RSA is acually named giving the hint it might still be there.

Maybe one of the silos could lead to RSA and one could lead to old Grunty's lair and make it so you can explore Grunty's lair! OR maybe they were originally but then there wasn't enough space for it left, maybe, I dunno, this is the first time I've heard of RSA and silos 8 and 9.

I'd say since they also found Grunty lair tower room or something one of the silo's were ment to lead there. What exactly happens when you try to access the silo's and the RSA, does the game just freeze or what because there must be a way to fix this and access them.
