Gold, Silver, and Bronze Eggs?

I haven't seen anybody mention these new eggs besides saying that they are found in the B-K backs that originally held the SNS eggs in the N64 version of Banjo-Tooie. Seriously, do these eggs do anything?

If they don't do anything in Tooie, then they're probably going to be useful in another game. I haven't played XBLA version yet, so I'm unsure myself.

That's what I want to know, do they do anything in -Tooie?
They don't do anything to N&B as far as I know, and nobody has said anything about Heggy hatching them... so... does ANYBODY know?

You then get a message saying, "Unlocked Stop 'n' Swop II". The Gold, Silver and Bronze eggs are inside the BK Paks from their original locations, and also relate to SNS II. You'll probably be able to cash these in for further rewards in the next game when it arrives.

According to this site, they don't seem to have a use in BT XBLA.

Yeah, I just saw that... but where the heck did they get that flow chart from?
They don't seem to have any sources...

I got the Gold Egg.

pokemega32 30th April 2009 05:03 AM

Well, considering Ice Mario had the chameleon pic on the flowchart before he even got that part of SnS II, I'm gonna assume they got the pics from rare...

Ice Mario 30th April 2009 06:09 AM

We got the sns2 icons from the game textures. As for the flowchart, Mandy created that.

At the moment, the "items" don't do anything. It's there for future game if/when they decide to use them, hence the ????? part of the flowchart.

And you're telling us all the time that game textures are irrelevant to Stop N Swop.

Ice Mario 30th April 2009 05:02 PM

I don't think I've ever said that.

Jinjo Ghost 30th April 2009 05:53 PM

I just did a search, and saw you haven't made a topic about the Flow Chart yet (resulting in this topic popping up). So could I suggest one thing? How about using the icon of the Bee for showing the unlock for the Calmer Chameleon?

Just a thought. <_<

Ok, but what about those fake achievements?
Whether this has to do with -Tooie or not, is it possible to find out what they might do?

Wizpig 6th May 2009 11:18 PM

I'll just ask this here without making a new thread: in B-T, when collecting the Gold, Silver & Bronze eggs, did you notice the "?" on the eggs was... broken?
It appeared like, bugged or something, it wasn't a "?", more like two or three dots on the egg; i was wondering if that's a common bug or something else.

Bottles98 6th May 2009 11:25 PM

I don't think that's a bug...I'm pretty sure the egg is just supposed to have a spotted pattern. :p

andrewlala 22nd May 2009 12:08 AM

what is with these fake achievements?
