I just got Heroic Failure after killing myself on Mingy Jongo.

Must be based on number of total boss replay deaths. I killed myself like 10 or so times in a row trying to test that earlier. lol

Actually, it's the xbox 360 we are talking about.

Actually...Grunty takes the longest because you only have a certain time when u can attack her. Most of the time is avoiding her attacks (or the HAG 1 attacks).

Difference is...that with bosses like Mr Patch and Lord Woo Fak Fak...you can finish the battle a lot quicker because all you have to do is be able to hit the targets on them. Im hopeless at flying+shooting and swimming+shooting so both those bosses took me like 10 mins each.

That is why i ask whether it is ALL bosses in under 15 mins or Grunty in under 5 (because i think id b able to pull that off...after several attempts)

SIt would seem "Heroic Failure" is related to the number of deaths.

I used dying alot during the game to warp back to places (Mumbo's, Wumba's, Splitpad).

I also tryied dying about 20 times in a row; gave up and beat the boss; tried another boss; died twice; and voila! I finally got it.

Must have to die 50 times???

Also: I noticed that often when I died, that the game would auto-save . . . but probably not related.

Try beat game again with SNS and SNS II completed and check if something will happend.

Okay here's the final rundown...

• Lucky Loser - Collecting the Bronze Egg
• Better than a slap - Collecting the Silver Egg
• And the winner is... - Collecting the Gold Egg
• Calmer Chameleon - Use all of Humba's transformations
• Now who's Boss - Get a combined bosses personal best of less than 15 minutes
• Heroic Failure - Die 40 times while fighting bosses

So that last one you get awarded for being shit. :\
