It's been a while so if I had an Xbox 360 still I could probably shave off a few more seconds on a few of these. People probably discovered a few new tricks by now. If I remember correctly someone has me beat on Chilly Willy by about a second.

Minjy Jongo can't be improved. I got extremely lucky one time. I hit him immediately, he talked, I turned on Wonder Wing, he warped right next to me, and I ran into him with it and he got his 7 times in a row. Since he talks after you hit him the first time it's impossible to hit him 8 times in a row because he immediately warps.
