I'm sorry if i'm stealling someones thunder and this already came up in the topic and i may have missed the post or whatever.
I don't think its fake in a malicious sence but just a mistake.
Not making sence let me see if i can explain what i mean.
Theres no way that by loading up the states it could magically save into the bk state just by clicking back and forth.
The thing that seems obvious to me is that when he loads the state the final time hes just loading the first file in Banjo Kazooie? that is not the state that we saw though the rest of the video.
The thing is that state that he loaded then may have had the ice key from previous attemps at hacking the game, and he has just made a simple mistake.
Edit: Oh wow this had more pages than i thought. Sorry for the people that already said this which i'm sure there where many.
