I think you mentioned it elsewhere in this thread or in another, but it's not so much the character that annoys me as the fact the game is so hand-holdy, and it uses the NPCs and cutscenes to constantly interrupt your exploration and make sure you understand everything and are going the right way. And yet despite all the hand-holding I still managed to have no idea what I was doing or what was going on in my first Dynamax battle in that first open area.
And is there a day and night cycle? I looked up how I could make this Eeevee into an Umbreon and it does still say evolve it at night, but it's been permanent daytime in my game.
