Airman, try this.
Download Sub's latest files to get the most current exe (Sub kindly made the decompress game available). Create a new directory on your computer and copy your bk rom to it. Run the exe and click the bottom button for Decompress Game (it seems you are picking decompress file at the top). Select the rom file in the directory you just created. The process will chug through the entire rom and your directory will be filled with all sorts of bin and txt files. Look at the txt files - and don't expect every file to have game text in it.

Purely speculation, but that text might be there as a port of the special item objects. So when you collected a true secret egg, it would behave exactly the same as BK's, giving you the same result. So the object mod for NTSC BT seems to be the direction to continue pursuing. Not saying there is an object corresponding to 063B or 063C still there, but that text at least gives the indication there was at one time.
