If anyone doesn't believe this, when it is fact. You obviously just want to fool yourselves.
Also, we don't even know wether MFE and Fungus Forest had ever been actually "built" or if it was just a concept at the time. Therefore we can't say they would have created areas around gruntys lair for these levels. As yambi said they could have been scrapped before the Giants Castle/lair was changed into gruntys lair.
