I'm GoldnDragnForce and am currently ranked 2nd below CBM, I have a few higher times than he does.
Anyway, CBM's Mr. Patch time is easily obtainable with time, mine is about 00:48 I believe.

I believe you're referring to the grenade egg "glitch"? It's nothing really, simply aim towards the head and shoot as fast as you can. With luck you'll hit her one more time than normally possible with each pass, allowing her to be beating withing...I believe 2 turns.
