Back in the day, Best Buy was doing some special bundle that came with an N64 & a copy of BK. It also came along with the soundtrack and a T-Shirt that had the Jesus Banjo picture on it.
I'd show you pictures, but my 2 yr old self destroyed the shirt somehow. I do have the soundtrack case somewhere though..
