@123mac123: This is really a combination of both. Some things, like the change from Bananas to coins, are indeed a restoration of a beta element. However, Spyke4995 made some text changes as well, which I feel are unnecessary.
Another issue is that we don't know when in development these beta findings were used. The only beta video we know of already has the game titled as Diddy Kong Racing, with Diddy as a playable character.
