Once Day 10 is posted any tournaments started fro then on
won't be eligible for the award, however I will allow more time for them to finish because I understand how it can be with people in different timezones etc. but the tournaments can't run forever, they'll need to be finished sometime soonish (e.g. within 12 hours or so). Tournaments that run longer defeat the purpose of arcade
