The first one in this thread, on the first page. I would use that, but this has the necessary tools for modifying what Banjo and Kazooie looks like.
Edit: Fixed it, somehow. It seems that I have to click on iTunes after I modify B-K with your program. Then I click on Project64 and continue playing. I don't know why, but that's how it works.
