What did you wanted for SNS?
After reading so much complains about how the people find late the reward of SNS in Nuts & Bolts. I need to ask you, what did you expected?
I doubt the original SNS was something big...probably it were the same rewards we actually got for Banjo-Tooie (such as the Mega glowbo, the Breegull Bash and others). Now it was added to Nuts & Bolts as a way of fanservice with horrible resutls? Why rare gave us such "crappy" reward? because they have NO IDEA what you expected the ORIGINAL SNS to be!! new levels? new cutscenes? Post here what did you thought the ORIGINAL (not the Nuts & Bolts one) SNS was going to give you.... I want to know this because it looks to me that the fans has been waiting for something even THEY didn't know what it was...they were just waiting...nothing else... so tell me...what did you expected back in that ages... |

I wanted Banjo Tooie moves in Kazooie, and Grunty's Lair to be opened past the Entrance in Tooie. Not to gain access to the other worlds in Grunty's Lair, but maybe to see how the rest of the lair fared in the two years.

I always wanted what we can't have. Because we can never have it. You know?

Fungus Forest and Hammerhead Beach in Banjo-Kazooie and Bottles' Revenge mode and RSA in Banjo-Tooie.

I wasn't even expecting Stop and Swap to be in the game in the first place. What I wanted though, was for the ice key to open up the giant's hideout, MFE, FF, and possibly old levels or references of the old project dream, you know! "The Peter Pan rip-off one!"

I expected it to allow us to revisit Grunty's Lair in Tooie. Somehow.
After playing Pokemon Gold and going back to Kanto, it was like the greatest thing ever. Imagine that in the new Banjo game! Wow! Or at least dragon Kazooie/Bottle's Revenge. That's a reasonable prize =P

Stop N Swop should be a big thing. Banjo-Tooie SNS was nothing big except Bottles Revenge that is a great discovery(thanks guys). As ssh said, revisiting Grunty's Lair would be a good start.

I've been saying it was the same as Tooie all along.

I knew we were going to get vehicle parts, but I wanted them to be more than decorations.
I was hoping we'd be able to go into Grunty's Lair, or at least hoping that you would have to do SOMETHING for SNS, not just have a NaB save file.

Banjo-Kazooie: FF, MFE, a Multiplayer mode, and an extra hard version of the game where you need more Jiggies for the worlds, the enemies are harder, and it includes the two secret levels.
Banjo-Tooie: Grunties Lair, Bottles Revenge, and some extra sidequests, like saving the Gray Jinjoes. DK64: GGG

Chicken shaped meteorites to fall out of the skie a quarter mile radius from Cheato, then he's tell you the code called CHICKENLOL
And you'd get an ultra car and stuffz. My ideal SNS I always knew the rewards would be something kinda cool, but a little useless. I didn't expect it to be rubbish and useless too. They could have made them do something! |
