My XBLA Stop 'n' Swop Theory: Whats to come

DragonBottles Stop 'n' Swop Theory
XBLA Banjo Kazooie/Tooie/Nuts and Bolts


Well almost ALL know about the Nuts & Bolts and Banjo Kazooie link which is the alleged Stop 'n' Swop. And most of us are very disappointed by this. It ended up being novelty bits of kit for your car, not very pleasing. I for one was dissapointed. Since all the items were used in Nuts and Bolts, nothing was left for Banjo Tooie. Meaning that was the Stop 'n' Swop and the only one they will ever do.

I thought this too, until i found out that the Stop 'n' Swop items are still in your inventory after you use them in Nuts & Bolts! This surprised a good few of us. Which means:

• Stop & Swop is still 100% possible for Banjo Tooie XBLA
• This could make up for the Nuts and Bolts Stop 'n' Swop
• An answer to Stop 'n' Swop amongst out midst?

After some good old thinking, this is my theory on how things will work out.

After swopping to Nuts and Bolts and the release of Banjo Tooie XBLA, you'll get through Banjo Tooie. 100% or not, i'm unsure of.

I believe there will be 6 Non Level Humba Wumbas wigwams.

Why 6?

• There are exactly 6 Stop 'n' Swop eggs
• There are exactly 6 zomes that surround levels.
• There is already one wigwam in one of these zones!

See how everything is adding up?

Now, there will be 6 wigwams as i said before. And they will be in the 6 zones:

• Wooded Hollow (Mayahem Temple)
• Plateau (Glitter Gulch Mine)
• Pine Grove (Witchyworld (And note this is the zone which has the wigwam already there))
• Clifftop (Jolly Rogers Lagoon)
• Wasteland (Terrydactyland and Cloud Cuckoo Land)
• Quagmire (Grunties Industries, Couldron Keep)

And what about the ice key?

The ice key will be swopped first. And this will unlock a place called Glowbo Cave. In this place is where each egg you swop into Tooie will be. Kazooie will hatch them, and it will hatch a coloured glowbo.

You take these to the right wigwam and you will be rewarded with a transformation for your character!

These are examples of what these transformations could be:

• Red Egg: Firey Banjo (You are impervious to fire damage and lava and you turn red)
• Blue Egg: Aqua Banjo (You can now swim faster, and for longer (Roystens Extra Bubbles?!?))
• Green Egg: Dragon kazooie (We already know about this)
• Cyan Egg: Polar Banjo (Impervious to all icy foes and icy waters and you turn white/blue)
• Pink Egg: No idea...
• Yellow Egg: Hearty Banjo (Tonnes of health and regenerates (Can not be on at the same time as the infinite health cheat))

And as for Bottles revenge, this could be awarded once you've finished the game or you just have it in the game.

Same with jinjo in multiplayer.

So the game won't be too easy, 6 Stop 'n' Swop Switches will be in the game somewhere. Once hit, the game will swop the item from Kazooie into Tooie, ready to hatch and give to humba.

And guys, this is what i think will happen with XBLA SNS!

I doubt it. Lets say they don't do that, but decide to add a little bit.

You'll go back to gruntys lair, the second room with the TTC and CC pictures in them and find the eggs that you left behind. You'll take them to heggy and they will unlock:

bottles revenge
jinjo in multi player
dragon kazooie
homing eggs
breegul bash
buperbanjo cheat
superbaddie cheat

and whatever i forgot

The original BT stop n swop didn't have creatures inside them.

As much as I'd like you're theory to be true, I doubt it will be the case.

From what I'm guessing, it will be one of two things:
1. The exact same thing as 64's sns
2. The exact same thing as 64's sns, but with 3 more BK carts/eggs in heggy's shed.

There's a chance that the carts/eggs in her shed will only appear if you have those items in BK I guess.

And if they do go with the second one, it's probably not to greedy to assume a prize will be bottles revenge.

For the other two possible prizes, who knows. I don't want to get my own hopes up, but...

wasn't there a sign in terrarium of terror that said "Witchyworld new rides in 2009, flume of doom now open" or something like that? That could be a prize. And if it did say rides, maybe there's a second one? But thinking this is only setting myself up for disappointment, I'm sure.

Your theoris about the 6 aera and banjo form is pretty cool, I like the idea.

But Whyme123 as the most possible true ansewer I think. ^^

Almost, but further clues suggests that the eggs will simply sit there, and will have an enormous ice field surrounding them.

what about all the extra mumbos skulls to even the odds with all those wigwams?

mumbo has a skull on the cliff top to even out the number because of wumba's hut outside witchy world

if you seriously think what you said is gonna happen you will defiantly be disappointed, cause its not.
if you were just making it up for fun though, then nice idea(although the transformations sound sorta stupid

firey banjo? we already have dragon kazooie for a fire element, and immune to fire? same with the immune to ice banjo... this might cause problems with levels that have lava/ice leading out of the level. with that immunity it would no longer be a barrier...

Apart from that, it's all based on fact.

"Glowbo Cave" is in the hex text of Banjo Tooie. That's where it came from.

There is 6 zones of levels, 6 eggs

The ice key is different, hence it unlocks something different. It unlocks Stop 'n' Swop

Where else did i ever guess in that theory?

As i said, they are EXAMPLES. I didn't put much thought into them as they don't really matter. They were just guesses. I know firey banjo is ridiculous. They were just examples.
