ZOMG I can't resist! OR: Transferring new eggs from Tooie?

This is my first thread on Banjo Theories
So, the different looking and colored eggs definitely exist in BT.
But after all, what's the point of having new eggs if you can't transfer them back to BK? In my opinion DK64 seems like the only possible alternative.
And there's the fact that most of the time the eggs just crash or glitch up the game, and even when they are present the game gets severely slowed down. Whatever was its purpose, that feature must've been scraped very early in development.

There you have. Go nuts fellow theorizers!

PS: Theorizer is actually a word.

Yeah, when the videos were recorded, I had to speed them up 4 times faster. And even then it still shows a little lag.

I think that the reflected-light effect is not a texture at all -- I think it's actually some kind of framebuffer effect, like the one they used in the golden jigsaw board in Jiggywiggy's temple, and maybe that's the reason why the game is slowing down.
So, if you try look closely to it and turn the camera and the reflected light moves around the egg's surface, it's definitely not a texture. If it doesn't move then nevermind.
And another groundless theory: Maybe they used the egg model to test graphical effects during development?

That doesn't really explain why they'd use new colors. They could of easily tested out the graphic effects on the original six eggs.

Additionally:
Why did each egg only load on one map?
Why was I teleported to the map when looking for the trigger?
Why did the egg only load one time: The time when I was teleported to the map?

i used to have some belief that sns would be for dk64 but then i realized that the ice key text could have been some kind of cameo for bk, nothing special. Maybe a picture of it or something?
