Theory...
Okay, so people have tried to use SnS at certain locations in the game, switching the cartridges, correct? Well, I have noticed that the one area that is given the most credit (between the secret locations) in both games is Sharkfood Island, as it is in the picture in Banjo-Tooie (or at least the inside of the island), and it is in the end of Banjo-Kazooie if you get everything. I was thinking, maybe you have to go to Sharkfood Island (probably the inside of it), and then switch the cartridges, and go to the location of the picture, and something will happen.

I know it sounds odd, but I had to get that idea out of my system somehow, and since my cartridge is missing for Banjo-Kazooie, meaning I couldn't test it, I figured that posting it here was better than walking up to some random person and screaming it out.

You mean "on"? But no. This kinda thing has been tried. And plus, the memory swapping thing couldn't work anyway, that's why SNS was dropped. IMO, the only way anyone might even have a chance of finding SNS is through hacking, but I'm not stopping you. Guess if you like.
