Sometimes when I change values in the game the error message "Failed to Load Word" will constantly appear everytime I play the rom and it will crash. Just copy all your roms to a different directory and when nessecary repaste the roms back in the PJ64 Directory

And thanks lament
What I was doing was having the game on pause and enabling and disabling the SnS items to see when during the pause screen the game checks for their status. I couldn't get anything interesting to happen after a while, so I exited the Lair and went to Spiral Mountain, paused the game again and started messing about with the trainer and then it just died, closed out outright, no errors, and now Banjo-Kazooie won't load.

I have replaced the ROM and all the save files, and it still dies upon loading. It just seems to hate BK now, not any of the particular files.
Tooie still plays fine, though.

Seems strange.. again i'm sorry but infact.. The way I tested the SNS modifier was to pause the game play (Just liike you did) and fool around.
Again, i'll look into it further but nothing has happened to me.. What OS are you using?

also Airman, if you mess with an address that causes the game to freeze it usually shows that message or just freezes :\ It's all in hacking.. of course im sure SubDrag can explain things better than I can.

Just XP Pro, nothing unusual.

EDIT: Aaaaaah, I fixed it! In the end I had to edit Project64.cht and remove the BK cheats. Maybe one of the codes got saved as a freeze value or something.
So, I lost all my cheats... but at least BK works now. That was the problem, if you want to look into it

Hey everyone. Mike, I downloaded your program and am satisfied. I do however have several questions. How do you use the SNS hacking items part? Why does Project64 freeze when i go to view totals menu during game play? And can someone point me to a guide on using the searching option?

Thanks

:-\, SNS hacking parts... after you have loaded Banjo-Kazooie rom in PJ64 click the Attach button, Then click the items in the SNS menus and click LIEK Change.. The latest version had a left over option which shows a number on the screen... that was for me only and being an idiot I left it there >_<

Freezes? O.o I have heard many problems with that sns items part but It has never happened to me and I don't know what's causing it.

A guide? I made a really tiny help file here. http://t4online.com/ChuChu/BK/

That's your ROM's fault. Not the program's

Try using a different ROM and it should be okay, assuming that one has no bugs. I had the same problems myself once.

Thanks I tried that and now it works. I haven't yet checked the SNS item boxes yet, but i will try now. Any chance that can make the menu not show? And after you get the SNS items, whats the next step? all i want is to get into fungi forest of w.e its called. Why isnt there an instant warp code for that, btw?

Hey mike i fixed the walk thru walls code for BK v1.0 which i assume your trainer uses this version. Feel free to add it though. Cuz im sure its useful.

Activate walk thru walls:
8037C277 0000

Deactivate walk thru walls:
8037C277 0001

BTW after i downloaded your latest trainer my anti-virus went off saying that the .zip file was infected. I dunno why.
