Talking Multiplayer: Live/Splitscreen/Co-op

Hey everyone,

I was wondering what sort of multiplayer options you guys would like to see in BK3.

I sure hope that they will include Splitscreen, as I don't have a gold xbox live account and the amount of people who own a 360 without gold account is much more than those who do... (i think ) So many games these days have no options to play multiplayer on the same console, and if they do, it's usually limited to just 2 players. Seriously, half the fun of multiplayer is in the whole experience of 4 mates in the one room screen cheating, paying each other out and mucking around in person and not over earpieces etc.

Also, apart from whatever amazing multiplayer game modes they give us (which we know will be fun no matter what!), I think Rare should definately include co-op. Whether it be splitscreen or online (preferably both), it is something that was made for Banjo Kazooie... Think about how perfect it could be: player 1 as Banjo, player 2 as Kazooie, similar to the Split Up pads from BT but that both characters are interacting seperately at the same time, by different players!!!! Brilliant, if I may say so myself!

No doubt Rare have done something great whatever the outcome, so here's to BK3, and below's for your thoughts!

At first I thought you meant have one person control kazooie in the backpack and the other control banjo. I think co-op would be interesting, but I don't think it would feel very "cooperative".

I would KILL for co-op but have they denied that? (I thought they had but I can't for the life of me remember for sure.)

no, I think the only thing they've denied multiplayer-wise are the Squakmatch things.

I could be wrong though (I sure hope I'm not)

How about all three? The more the merrier.

Co-op would be killer but I doubt Rare will implement.

why do you doubt Rare implementing co-op? I see no reason why they wouldn't.

Just a feeling, I guess.
But that's not saying they WON'T, I just feel they might not.
