I was watching the SnS pictures in B-K...
Banjo was going up for the pink egg, but halfway up (inside Sharkfood island) he suddenly fell. Even weirder, he was jumping in the floor as if he was still going up to the pink egg, but he wasn't. Has this happened to anyone else? Or is it random?
Sorry if it's kinda hard to understand

Oh O.o That's weird. If it was emulator I would have thought it to be a normal glitch as it can't be perfect. Maybe it just glitched cus of someone banging close to the 64? Dno

The SNS pictures are actually in-game scenes with recorded button presses. If you play around with the controller or something interferes with the cartridge the N64 may sometimes skip one of the buttons.

this has happened before, as the scene was controlled by buttons one of Rare's people must have stuffed up somewhere and that was the scene that was picked. Very rare tho you probably won't find it again.

Something like this happened to me before too, although it was at the start up screen where B and K are running through the different worlds (Mumbo's Mountain, Treasure Trove Cove...).

Its the same sort of thing if you activate a cosmetics code during a cutscene, E.g Flood code during the MM title screen clip. Banjo will be swimming in circles for a bit.
And, if you activate the Fly Anywhere code, the duo will fly off, and be aimlessly mucking about. The cutscenes are just pre-recored button sequesnces in a real-time area. It will occasionally glitch up. |
