Will everyone play the demo?
Ive been looking forward to the banjo demo for ages (like most of you), but i decided today that im not going to play it because ill enjoy being a noob at the full game more than having demo practise. Anyone else going budist like me?

How the heck is 'not playing the demo' the same as Buddhist?
Also I'm not playing the demo for a good reason. Because I can't be bothered to download it. It'll take AGES.

If it includes the first bit of the game, like Kameo did, I will not.
Won't spoil the intro But if it just throws you in, with the veh editor and maybe mumbos garage, yes

the demo would be like, probably 1 gig. It wouldnt take that long, less than an hour.
unless your connection is from the stone age.

Yes, and since I'll be coming back to this thread I have to ask; when's the freaking demo coming out?

yes I'll play the demo, I need to get started on the vehicle editor to master it during the game. It will take a long time to experiment with the editor to get awesome vehicles. I don't want to spend all my in game time experimenting instead of playing the game. Thats my reasoning. i only play on the 360 2 hours at a time to keep it from blowing up again.

I believe it's one of the Noble Truths that desire causes suffering and by not playing the demo he's proving he has no desire to play the game until it is actually released at which point he will simply purchase the game and enjoy it what he has. Something along those lines at least..

The demo will be my work, sweat and blood until that game comes out.
I think that's a yes.

It seems like some of you guys are saying that you don't want to spend time messing around with the vehicles so you can just play through the game. I don't really see how thats going to work out though. In a video it was stated that after about 1/3 of the game you have to start using the editor to complete the challanges and i'm sure that all of us that play the entire game will spend hours in the garage messing around with are vehicles even if we play the demo for hours and hours.

what we mean is we'd like to get the hang of the vehicle editor and get that out of the way before playing the actual game. I'd like to work on my vehicle adaption of the last supper without having to bother myself in between missions with it.

I'll play it if it comes out before the game does. Otherwise...obviously not because I'll have the game.

At first I was thinking I would, but thinking back, I don't want to. It will more than likely be similar to Kameo and show a bit of the intro and first level. No thanks. I want to pop that demo in and "Wow!" as the images I've never seen flash before my eyes rather than push start over and over until the main menu pops up like I did with the demo.
