It is there, and but at the same time not there.
It was just hidden text found by hackers. It was supposedly a room in the lair in Banjo Tooie before everything got blocked off. |

Oh no. Sorry I asked. Now I'm gonna spend all day thinking about it. Oh hey did you know Banjo Tooie was originally planned for 64DD? Maybe in the 64DD version if you had Banjo Kazooie in the cartridge slot you could access Stop N swop and all the old Banjo Kazooie levels.

Tower Room was probably a second avaible room in GL, maybe it was planned to have two room in the beta version.
