Well now it's obvious that we need to see a picture of Chilli's fireball in order to compare them and see if they are infact the same. I would do it myself but my banjo-tooie "cartridge" has been acting up and it won't work.

The fireball wouldn't be in Banjo-Kazooie, though...right? It would be in Tooie, and the image found was in GV, in BK...unless I'm missing the point. If the fireballs were different in BT, who's to say they didn't just change how they wanted them to look?

[Total and complete rambling above]

Hmm, this certainly is a new discovery, but I'm afraid I just don't see much possibility in it being linked to Mt. Fire Eyes. If could have been many things in the beta, such as a prototype projectile that they scrapped or forgot about, or possibly just a piece of scenery. But, you can try using the code generator to look around and possibly figure out which area of the game it's in?

Pic of Chlli Billi spitting a fireball, as requested.

Also Airman, digit 0461 gave me this green cloud thing:

Banjo "is" the cloud, you can only see it from below using the levitate code.
That cloud's probably a special effect used in the intro.
Edit:typo

Wasn't there a boiler in RBB? I don't know. That's a pretty hard model to place. Good job. Even if it isn't something from the beta, you found quite a puzzle.

I think you're mixing it up with Grunty Industries.
RBB has a kitchen though, I'll take a look.
EDIT: Nope, I looked on every room inside RBB and found nothing. Ice&Sub named the kitchen area as "Galley", probably the name they found in memory.

"That code is for NTSC or PAL?"
NTSC, i think...

"image found was in GV"
It's a Banjo Image mod, so you play as it. I didn't find it in GV, i was messing around in GV.

"How big was it when you started?"
You could barely see it. Try the code without the size modifier and you'll see.

EDIT:

Here's a picture of another fire ball in HP, it's from those stone statues of bat type things. It kind of looks similar, but so did the Grunty fire Ball. Whatever though.

Good work man, though it doesn't remind me of a fireball. That's not to say it's not a BETA model, but it seems to be more of a redish rock texture. If I was going to put a fireball into my game it wouldn't look like that.

Probably just me.
